{"id":302,"date":"2017-07-29T20:54:24","date_gmt":"2017-07-29T20:54:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/nittanyvalleywatercoalition.org\/?p=302"},"modified":"2017-07-29T20:54:24","modified_gmt":"2017-07-29T20:54:24","slug":"protest-at-old-main-noon-on-monday","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.nittanyvalley-eco.org\/index.php\/2017\/07\/29\/protest-at-old-main-noon-on-monday\/","title":{"rendered":"Protest at Old Main &#8211; Noon on Monday"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>From Kelli Hoover:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Monday, July 31, at\u00a0<span class=\"aBn\" tabindex=\"0\" data-term=\"goog_1349497597\"><span class=\"aQJ\">12 p.m.<\/span><\/span> on the front steps of Old Main, the College Dems have organized a protest against the Toll Brothers development on our watershed and are delivering a letter to President Barron and the Board of Trustees.<\/p>\n<p>They have notified the press and are asking Nittany Valley Water Coalition supporters\u00a0to come out and support them with signs and our voices.<\/p>\n<p>We have plenty of signs at the occupation site and we will bring them, so come out and join us.<\/p>\n<p>We will also have flyers to hand out as well and extra yard signs to distribute. Or make and bring your own signs.<\/p>\n<p>Nittany Valley Water Coalition has a meeting scheduled for THIS WEDNESDAY (August 2) with Toll Brothers and PSU representatives to discuss land swap options: a different location for the development,<\/p>\n<p>We need to up the pressure to get PSU to negotiate with us in good faith.
